These are my handwritten Analog Electronics notes from second year, second semester, Electronics and Communication Engineering at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus.
Analog Electronics asks you to think carefully about how real circuits behave. The course moves through small-signal amplifiers, op-amp configurations, feedback systems, and filters before reaching oscillator design. It builds up from the behaviour of individual components to the design of complete systems, and it rewards anyone who takes the time to understand the reasoning rather than memorize the results.
I learned this course by teaching friends and classmates. That is how I made sure I actually understood it. Understanding something deeply enough to teach it is the highest form of mastery.
These notes cover small-signal amplifiers, op-amp circuits, feedback systems, filters, and oscillator design. They are part of the Engineering Foundations study path on the notes page.
In 2013, from a hostel room, I put my handwritten notes online at akshansh.net. Since then, at least one person in the world has studied from my notes every day. They are free.
The full notes are a PDF embedded right here on this page. Read through them on this page, or open and download the file to study at your own pace.
