I started sharing my handwritten study notes online in 2013, while I was an undergrad, so anyone who found them could learn from them. The idea was simple: if you have something useful, put it where people can reach it. At least one person in the world has studied from my notes every single day since 2013. That streak matters to me.
These are my Mathematics II notes on algebra, from my first year at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus. This page holds the algebra notes. There is a companion page on complex numbers from the same course.
The topics here are linear algebra, matrices, determinants, eigenvalues and eigenvectors, and vector spaces. They sit under much of what follows in an engineering programme, and these notes walk through all of them.
