These are my third-year, first-semester notes for Signals and Systems at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, an electronics and communication course.
I started putting my handwritten notes online as an undergrad in 2013 so others could learn from them. The idea was simple: if you have something useful, put it where people can find it. The streak has held every single day since: someone, somewhere in the world, studying from these pages. That still matters to me.
The notes cover signal classification, convolution, Fourier series and transform, the Laplace transform, the Z-transform, and analog filters. They are the first stop on the Engineering Foundations study path on this site. That path starts with signal flow, electronics, and control, moving from fundamentals to subjects that reward repeated study.
