The overview, or the fuller process story.

Survive is a fictitious film set in a world overpowered by diseases — a story of war between humanity and the microscopic forces that threaten it. This project is the official trailer for that film, produced across three distinct phases: storyboarding and scriptwriting with logo design, a rough draft trailer, and a final polished cut.

The trailer combines 3D animation created in Cinema4D with motion graphics from After Effects and editorial work in Premiere Pro. The narration was generated using Amazon Polly, an AI text-to-speech service, giving the trailer a synthetic yet cinematic voice. Sound design and mixing were handled in Adobe Audition.

The project was developed under the guidance of Faiyaz Jafri, with original music by Aleksandr Shamaluev. Working through the full pipeline of a film trailer — from concept to final delivery — the project explores how design and motion can construct a believable world and generate emotional investment in a story that exists only on screen.
