Hey!
I'm Akshansh.
I am a process-driven individual who interacts with systems playfully. My thought process exhibits empathy and human connection, stemming from my academic and professional experience. I did my Masters in Design & Technology from Parsons School of Design, New York, in 2020. An engineering graduate from BITS Pilani, Dubai, with exposure to running an IT industry, my terminal degree in design gave my work a creative edge. The world is my canvas, and I bring clarity in my work through research, system-driven thinking, and process simplification.
After graduating (virtually) at the height of the global pandemic, I have absorbed myself in serving the Pharma and IT industries, working to establish design thinking in a business environment. In my routine, I encounter design problems, deconstruct them, and offer approaches to resolve them. Currently, I am the Executive Director & Chief Technology Officer of Venus Remedies Limited. While handling the talent and technology portfolios of a multinational, I share the perspective of a designer and humanize the process of selling products and services in a corporate. I channelize my creative side in Venus by running the Design and Digital Marketing divisions of the organization. I am driving my team with focused brand messaging, creating a space that shares a perspective.
Having experienced the technological revolution in the west, I actively work in bringing digital transformation to the company. On the employee front, I share the vision of hiring a skilled workforce and upgrading existing talent for intellectual progression. And, on the technological front, I constantly onboard new systems and tools that simplify human work. I believes that machines would replace the repetitive work that humans do. And, humans should be ready to prosper in an era that is stimulated by skill.
With my office routine covered in screen time, I find solitude in music as I rhythmically adjust my mood with instrumentals. And beats translate into moments, as I rejoice the passionate storytelling in films. I am widely traveled, and six years of living in international waters have humbled me to understand cultural diversity and emotional connection.
I worship simplicity and believe that any task is possible as long as it is approached "one step at a time."
